Using the tutorials, anyone should be able to train a chatbot and publish. However, as with any developing/building process, learning takes time. Users already familiar with Chatbot Builder or any AI platform, and those willing to learn and take action will benefit most from the Chatbot Builder platform.

Are there any costs, besides the annual payment

There are no further or hidden costs.

If one is not tech-savvy, that's all right. Many freelancers on fiverr.com or freelancer.com and other freelancer sites are willing to help you write your prompts and build your chatbot on Chatbot Builder.

How to deal with questions or issues, do you offer support

Chatbot Builder is a Self Help Service. We will forward script malfunctions and server issues to the Chatbot Builder support desk. Support is 24/7 Ticketsystem. English only.

Do we need to use our own API keys (OpenAi key), and is it safe?

Chatbot Builder is a free “use your own API keys” platform. This is required for our application to work properly. Your API keys are encrypted and safe with us.

Do you have tutorials

On Chatbot Builder Platform, we have video tutorials and ebooks. These are self-study e-learning materials.

Do you offer refunds

If you fail in developing and publishing a chatbot within 30 days of purchase, on request all payments will be refunded at once! That's a guarantee! Mail the refund to: support@chatbotbuilder.nl. Please mail us your email address + PayPal transaction id. After verification, we will refund your payment.
